Phaleria macrocarpa leaves have the potential to be used as raw materials for medicines derived from natural ingredients, but research is needed determine content and efficacy of these plants. Extract analysis was performed by calculating weight ratio divided simplicia multiplied one hundred percent. Screening carried out belonging class flavonoids, saponins, tannins, alkaloids, steroids, triterpenoids. The results calculation obtained were 14.58% test showed that contained glycosides, steroids.
